  1. 이삭이 야곱을 불러 그에게 祝福(축복)하고 또 付託(부탁)하여 가로되 너는 가나안 사람의 딸들 中(중)에서 아내를 取(취)하지 말고
  2. 일어나 밧단아람으로 가서 너의 外祖父(외조부) 브두엘 집에 이르러 거기서 너의 外三寸(외삼촌) 라반의 딸 中(중)에서 아내를 取(취)하라
  3. 全能(전능)하신 하나님이 네게 福(복)을 주어 너로 生育(생육)하고 蕃盛(번성)케 하사 너로 여러 族屬(족속)을 이루게 하시고
  4. 아브라함에게 許諾(허락)하신 福(복)을 네게 주시되 너와 너와 함께 네 子孫(자손)에게 주사 너로 하나님이 아브라함에게 주신 땅 곧 너의 寓居(우거)하는 땅을 遺業(유업)으로 받게 하시기를 願(원)하노라
  5. 이에 이삭이 야곱을 보내었더니 밧단아람으로 가서 라반에게 이르렀으니 라반은 아람 사람 브두엘의 아들이요 야곱과 에서의 어미 리브가의 오라비더라

  1. And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan.
  2. Arise, go to Padanaram, to the house of Bethuel thy mother's father; and take thee a wife from thence of the daughters of Laban thy mother's brother.
  3. And God Almighty bless thee, and make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, that thou mayest be a multitude of people;
  4. And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee; that thou mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a stranger, which God gave unto Abraham.
  5. And Isaac sent away Jacob: and he went to Padanaram unto Laban, son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob's and Esau's mother.
  1. So Isaac called for Jacob and blessed him and commanded him: "Do not marry a Canaanite woman.
  2. Go at once to Paddan Aram, to the house of your mother's father Bethuel. Take a wife for yourself there, from among the daughters of Laban, your mother's brother.
  3. May God Almighty bless you and make you fruitful and increase your numbers until you become a community of peoples.
  4. May he give you and your descendants the blessing given to Abraham, so that you may take possession of the land where you now live as an alien, the land God gave to Abraham."
  5. Then Isaac sent Jacob on his way, and he went to Paddan Aram, to Laban son of Bethuel the Aramean, the brother of Rebekah, who was the mother of Jacob and Esau.
  1. 에서가 본즉 이삭이 야곱에게 祝福(축복)하고 그를 밧단아람으로 보내어 거기서 아내를 取(취)하게 하였고 또 그에게 祝福(축복)하고 命(명)하기를 너는 가나안 사람의 딸들 中(중)에서 아내를 取(취)하지 말라 하였고
  2. 또 야곱이 父母(부모)의 命(명)을 좇아 밧단아람으로 갔으며
  3. 에서가 또 본즉 가나안 사람의 딸들이 그 아비 이삭을 기쁘게 못하는지라
  4. 이에 에서가 이스마엘에게 가서 그 本妻(본처)들 外(외)에 아브라함의 아들 이스마엘의 딸이요 느바욧의 누이인 마할랏을 아내로 取(취)하였더라
  5. 야곱이 브엘세바에서 떠나 하란으로 向(향)하여 가더니

  1. When Esau saw that Isaac had blessed Jacob, and sent him away to Padanaram, to take him a wife from thence; and that as he blessed him he gave him a charge, saying, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan;
  2. And that Jacob obeyed his father and his mother, and was gone to Padanaram;
  3. And Esau seeing that the daughters of Canaan pleased not Isaac his father;
  4. Then went Esau unto Ishmael, and took unto the wives which he had Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael Abraham's son, the sister of Nebajoth, to be his wife.
  5. And Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran.
  1. Now Esau learned that Isaac had blessed Jacob and had sent him to Paddan Aram to take a wife from there, and that when he blessed him he commanded him, "Do not marry a Canaanite woman,"
  2. and that Jacob had obeyed his father and mother and had gone to Paddan Aram.
  3. Esau then realized how displeasing the Canaanite women were to his father Isaac;
  4. so he went to Ishmael and married Mahalath, the sister of Nebaioth and daughter of Ishmael son of Abraham, in addition to the wives he already had.
  5. Jacob left Beersheba and set out for Haran.
  1. 한 곳에 이르러는 해가 진지라 거기서 留宿(유숙)하려고 그곳의 한 돌을 取(취)하여 베개하고 거기 누워 자더니
  2. 꿈에 본즉 사닥다리가 땅 위에 섰는데 그 꼭대기가 하늘에 닿았고 또 본즉 하나님의 使者(사자)가 그 위에서 오르락 내리락하고
  3. 또 본즉 여호와께서 그 위에 서서 가라사대 나는 여호와니 너의 祖父(조부) 아브라함의 하나님이요 이삭의 하나님이라 너 누운 땅을 내가 너와 네 子孫(자손)에게 주리니
  4. 네 子孫(자손)이 땅의 티끌같이 되어서 東西南北(동서남북)에 遍滿(편만)할찐대 땅의 모든 族屬(족속)이 너와 네 子孫(자손)을 因(인)하여 福(복)을 얻으리라
  5. 내가 너와 함께 있어 네가 어디로 가든지 너를 지키며 너를 이끌어 이 땅으로 돌아오게 할지라 내가 네게 許諾(허락)한 것을 다 이루기까지 너를 떠나지 아니하리라 하신지라

  1. And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep.
  2. And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.
  3. And, behold, the Lord stood above it, and said, I am the Lord God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed;
  4. And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.
  5. And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.
  1. When he reached a certain place, he stopped for the night because the sun had set. Taking one of the stones there, he put it under his head and lay down to sleep.
  2. He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.
  3. There above it stood the LORD, and he said: "I am the LORD, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac. I will give you and your descendants the land on which you are lying.
  4. Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south. All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring.
  5. I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you."
  1. 야곱이 잠이 깨어 가로되 여호와께서 果然(과연) 여기 계시거늘 내가 알지 못하였도다
  2. 이에 두려워하여 가로되 두렵도다, 이곳이여 다른 것이 아니라 이는 하나님의 殿(전)이요, 이는 하늘의 門(문)이로다 하고
  3. 야곱이 아침에 일찌기 일어나 베개하였던 돌을 가져 기둥으로 세우고 그 위에 기름을 붓고
  4. 그곳 이름을 벧엘이라 하였더라 이 城(성)의 本(본) 이름은 루스더라
  5. 야곱이 誓願(서원)하여 가로되 하나님이 나와 함께 계시사 내가 가는 이 길에서 나를 지키시고 먹을 糧食(량식)과 입을 옷을 주사

  1. And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the Lord is in this place; and I knew it not.
  2. And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.
  3. And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put for his pillows, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it.
  4. And he called the name of that place Bethel: but the name of that city was called Luz at the first.
  5. And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on,
  1. When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he thought, "Surely the LORD is in this place, and I was not aware of it."
  2. He was afraid and said, "How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of heaven."
  3. Early the next morning Jacob took the stone he had placed under his head and set it up as a pillar and poured oil on top of it.
  4. He called that place Bethel, though the city used to be called Luz.
  5. Then Jacob made a vow, saying, "If God will be with me and will watch over me on this journey I am taking and will give me food to eat and clothes to wear
  1. 나로 平安(평안)히 아비 집으로 돌아가게 하시오면 여호와께서 나의 하나님이 되실 것이요
  2. 내가 기둥으로 세운 이 돌이 하나님의 殿(전)이 될 것이요 하나님께서 내게 주신 모든 것에서 十分(십분) 一(일)을 내가 반드시 하나님께 드리겠나이다 하였더라

  1. So that I come again to my father's house in peace; then shall the Lord be my God:
  2. And this stone, which I have set for a pillar, shall be God's house: and of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee.
  1. so that I return safely to my father's house, then the LORD will be my God
  2. and this stone that I have set up as a pillar will be God's house, and of all that you give me I will give you a tenth."
