  1. 悖逆(패역)하고 더러운 곳, 暴虐(포학)한 그 城邑(성읍)이 禍(화) 있을진저
  2. 그가 命令(명령)을 듣지 아니하며 敎訓(교훈)을 받지 아니하며 여호와를 依賴(의뢰)하지 아니하며 自己(자기) 하나님에게 가까이 나아가지 아니하였도다
  3. 그 가운데 方伯(방백)들은 부르짖는 獅子(사자)요 그 裁判長(재판장)들은 이튿날까지 남겨 두는 것이 없는 저녁 이리요
  4. 그 先知者(선지자)들은 爲人(위인)이 輕率(경솔)하고 奸邪(간사)한 者(자)요 그 祭司長(제사장)들은 聖所(성소)를 더럽히고 律法(률법)을 犯(범)하였도다
  5. 그 中(중)에 居(거)하신 여호와는 義(의)로우사 不義(불의)를 行(행)치 아니하시고 아침마다 間斷(간단) 없이 自己(자기)의 公義(공의)를 나타내시거늘 不義(불의)한 者(자)는 羞恥(수치)를 알지 못하는도다

  1. Woe to her that is filthy and polluted, to the oppressing city!
  2. She obeyed not the voice; she received not correction; she trusted not in the Lord; she drew not near to her God.
  3. Her princes within her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they gnaw not the bones till the morrow.
  4. Her prophets are light and treacherous persons: her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law.
  5. The just Lord is in the midst thereof; he will not do iniquity: every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame.
  1. Woe to the city of oppressors, rebellious and defiled!
  2. She obeys no one, she accepts no correction. She does not trust in the LORD, she does not draw near to her God.
  3. Her officials are roaring lions, her rulers are evening wolves, who leave nothing for the morning.
  4. Her prophets are arrogant; they are treacherous men. Her priests profane the sanctuary and do violence to the law.
  5. The LORD within her is righteous; he does no wrong. Morning by morning he dispenses his justice, and every new day he does not fail, yet the unrighteous know no shame.
  1. 내가 列國(렬국)을 끊어 버렸으므로 그 望臺(망대)가 荒蕪(황무)하였고 내가 그 거리를 비게 하여 지나는 者(자)가 없게 하였으므로 그 모든 城邑(성읍)이 荒廢(황폐)되며 사람이 없으며 居(거)할 者(자)가 없게 되었느니라
  2. 내가 이르기를 너는 오직 나를 敬畏(경외)하고 敎訓(교훈)을 받으라 그리하면 내가 刑罰(형벌)을 내리기로 定(정)하기는 하였거니와 너의 居處(거처)가 끊어지지 아니하리라 하였으나 그들이 부지런히 그 모든 行爲(행위)를 더럽게 하였느니라
  3. 나 여호와가 말하노라 그러므로 내가 일어나 罰(벌)할 날까지 너희는 나를 기다리라 내가 뜻을 定(정)하고 나의 忿恨(분한)과 모든 震怒(진노)를 쏟으려고 나라들을 召集(소집)하며 列國(렬국)을 모으리라 온 땅이 나의 嫉妬(질투)의 불에 燒滅(소멸)되리라
  4. 그 때에 내가 列邦(열방)의 입술을 깨끗케 하여 그들로 다 나 여호와의 이름을 부르며 一心(일심)으로 섬기게 하리니
  5. 내게 求(구)하는 百姓(백성)들 곧 내가 흩은 者(자)의 딸이 구스 河水(하수) 건너便(편)에서부터 禮物(예물)을 가지고 와서 내게 드릴지라

  1. I have cut off the nations: their towers are desolate; I made their streets waste, that none passeth by: their cities are destroyed, so that there is no man, that there is none inhabitant.
  2. I said, Surely thou wilt fear me, thou wilt receive instruction; so their dwelling should not be cut off, howsoever I punished them: but they rose early, and corrupted all their doings.
  3. Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the Lord, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.
  4. For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent.
  5. From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.
  1. "I have cut off nations; their strongholds are demolished. I have left their streets deserted, with no one passing through. Their cities are destroyed; no one will be left--no one at all.
  2. I said to the city, 'Surely you will fear me and accept correction!' Then her dwelling would not be cut off, nor all my punishments come upon her. But they were still eager to act corruptly in all they did.
  3. Therefore wait for me," declares the LORD, "for the day I will stand up to testify. I have decided to assemble the nations, to gather the kingdoms and to pour out my wrath on them--all my fierce anger. The whole world will be consumed by the fire of my jealous anger.
  4. "Then will I purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of the LORD and serve him shoulder to shoulder.
  5. From beyond the rivers of Cush my worshipers, my scattered people, will bring me offerings.
  1. 그 날에 네가 내게 犯罪(범죄)한 모든 行爲(행위)를 因(인)하여 羞恥(수치)를 當(당)하지 아니할 것은 그 때에 내가 너의 中(중)에서 驕慢(교만)하여 자랑하는 者(자)를 除(제)하여 너로 나의 聖山(성산)에서 다시는 驕慢(교만)하지 않게할 것임이니라
  2. 내가 困苦(곤고)하고 가난한 百姓(백성)을 너의 中(중)에 남겨 두리니 그들이 여호와의 이름을 依託(의탁)하여 保護(보호)를 받을지라
  3. 이스라엘의 남은 者(자)는 惡(악)을 行(행)치 아니하며 거짓을 말하지 아니하며 입에 詭譎(궤휼)한 혀가 없으며 먹으며 누우나 놀라게 할 者(자)가 없으리라
  4. 시온의 딸아 노래할지어다 이스라엘아 기쁘게 부를지어다 예루살렘 딸아 全心(전심)으로 기뻐하며 즐거워할지어다
  5. 여호와가 너의 刑罰(형벌)을 除(제)하였고 너의 怨讐(원수)를 쫓아 내었으며 이스라엘 王(왕) 여호와가 너의 中(중)에 있으니 네가 다시는 禍(화)를 當(당)할까 두려워하지 아니할 것이라

  1. In that day shalt thou not be ashamed for all thy doings, wherein thou hast transgressed against me: for then I will take away out of the midst of thee them that rejoice in thy pride, and thou shalt no more be haughty because of my holy mountain.
  2. I will also leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the Lord.
  3. The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
  4. Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.
  5. The Lord hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the Lord, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more.
  1. On that day you will not be put to shame for all the wrongs you have done to me, because I will remove from this city those who rejoice in their pride. Never again will you be haughty on my holy hill.
  2. But I will leave within you the meek and humble, who trust in the name of the LORD.
  3. The remnant of Israel will do no wrong; they will speak no lies, nor will deceit be found in their mouths. They will eat and lie down and no one will make them afraid."
  4. Sing, O Daughter of Zion; shout aloud, O Israel! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, O Daughter of Jerusalem!
  5. The LORD has taken away your punishment, he has turned back your enemy. The LORD, the King of Israel, is with you; never again will you fear any harm.
  1. 그 날에 사람이 예루살렘에게 이르기를 두려워하지 말라 시온아 네 손을 늘어뜨리지 말라
  2. 너의 하나님 여호와가 너의 가운데 계시니 그는 救援(구원)을 베푸실 全能者(전능자)시라 그가 너로 因(인)하여 기쁨을 이기지 못하여 하시며 너를 潛潛(잠잠)히 사랑하시며 너로 因(인)하여 즐거이 부르며 기뻐하시리라 하리라
  3. 내가 大會(대회)로 因(인)하여 근심하는 者(자)를 모으리니 그들은 네게 屬(속)한 者(자)라 너의 恥辱(치욕)이 그들에게 무거운 짐이 되었느니라
  4. 그 때에 내가 너를 괴롭게 하는 者(자)를 다 罰(벌)하고 저는 者(자)를 救援(구원)하며 쫓겨난 者(자)를 모으며 온 世上(세상)에서 羞辱(수욕) 받는 者(자)로 稱讚(칭찬)과 名聲(명성)을 얻게 하리라
  5. 내가 그 때에 너희를 이끌고 그 때에 너희를 모을찌라 내가 너희 目前(목전)에서 너희 사로잡힘을 돌이킬 때에 너희로 天下(천하) 萬民(만민) 中(중)에서 名聲(명성)과 稱讚(칭찬)을 얻게 하리라 나 여호와의 말이니라

  1. In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack.
  2. The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.
  3. I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee, to whom the reproach of it was a burden.
  4. Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame.
  5. At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the Lord.
  1. On that day they will say to Jerusalem, "Do not fear, O Zion; do not let your hands hang limp.
  2. The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing."
  3. "The sorrows for the appointed feasts I will remove from you; they are a burden and a reproach to you.
  4. At that time I will deal with all who oppressed you; I will rescue the lame and gather those who have been scattered. I will give them praise and honor in every land where they were put to shame.
  5. At that time I will gather you; at that time I will bring you home. I will give you honor and praise among all the peoples of the earth when I restore your fortunes before your very eyes," says the LORD.
