  1. 여호와께서 모세에게 일러 가라사대
  2. 이스라엘 子孫(자손)의 怨讐(원수)를 미디안에게 갚으라 그 後(후)에 네가 네 祖上(조상)에게로 돌아가리라
  3. 모세가 百姓(백성)에게 일러 가로되 너희 中(중)에서 사람을 擇(택)하여 싸움에 나갈 準備(준비)를 시키고 미디안을 치러 보내어서 여호와의 怨讐(원수)를 미디안에게 갚되
  4. 이스라엘 모든 支派(지파)에 對(대)하여 各(각) 支派(지파)에서 一千人(일천인)씩을 싸움에 보낼지니라 하매

  1. And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
  2. Avenge the children of Israel of the Midianites: afterward shalt thou be gathered unto thy people.
  3. And Moses spake unto the people, saying, Arm some of yourselves unto the war, and let them go against the Midianites, and avenge the Lord of Midian.
  4. Of every tribe a thousand, throughout all the tribes of Israel, shall ye send to the war.
  5. So there were delivered out of the thousands of Israel, a thousand of every tribe, twelve thousand armed for war.
  1. The LORD said to Moses,
  2. "Take vengeance on the Midianites for the Israelites. After that, you will be gathered to your people."
  3. So Moses said to the people, "Arm some of your men to go to war against the Midianites and to carry out the LORD'S vengeance on them.
  4. Send into battle a thousand men from each of the tribes of Israel."
  5. So twelve thousand men armed for battle, a thousand from each tribe, were supplied from the clans of Israel.

  3. 그 죽인 者(자) 外(외)에 미디안의 다섯 王(왕)을 죽였으니 미디안의 王(왕)들은 에위와 레겜과 수르와 후르와 레바이며 또 브올의 아들 발람을 칼로 죽였더라

  1. And Moses sent them to the war, a thousand of every tribe, them and Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest, to the war, with the holy instruments, and the trumpets to blow in his hand.
  2. And they warred against the Midianites, as the Lord commanded Moses; and they slew all the males.
  3. And they slew the kings of Midian, beside the rest of them that were slain; namely, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, five kings of Midian: Balaam also the son of Beor they slew with the sword.
  4. And the children of Israel took all the women of Midian captives, and their little ones, and took the spoil of all their cattle, and all their flocks, and all their goods.
  5. And they burnt all their cities wherein they dwelt, and all their goodly castles, with fire.
  1. Moses sent them into battle, a thousand from each tribe, along with Phinehas son of Eleazar, the priest, who took with him articles from the sanctuary and the trumpets for signaling.
  2. They fought against Midian, as the LORD commanded Moses, and killed every man.
  3. Among their victims were Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur and Reba--the five kings of Midian. They also killed Balaam son of Beor with the sword.
  4. The Israelites captured the Midianite women and children and took all the Midianite herds, flocks and goods as plunder.
  5. They burned all the towns where the Midianites had settled, as well as all their camps.
  1. 奪取(탈취)한 것, 擄略(노략)한 것, 사람과, 짐승을 다 取(취)하니라
  2. 그들이 사로잡은 者(자)와 擄略(노략)한 것과 奪取(탈취)한 것을 가지고 여리고 맞은便(편) 요단 가 모압 平地(평지)의 陣(진)에 이르러 모세와 祭司長(제사장) 엘르아살과 이스라엘 子孫(자손)의 會衆(회중)에게로 나아오니라
  3. 모세와 祭司長(제사장) 엘르아살과 會衆(회중)의 族長(족장)들이 다 陣(진) 밖에 나가서 迎接(영접)하다가
  4. 모세가 軍隊(군대)의 長官(장관) 곧 싸움에서 돌아온 千夫長(천부장)들과 百夫長(백부장)들에게 怒(노)하니라
  5. 모세가 그들에게 이르되 너희가 女子(녀자)들을 다 살려두었느냐

  1. And they took all the spoil, and all the prey, both of men and of beasts.
  2. And they brought the captives, and the prey, and the spoil, unto Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and unto the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the camp at the plains of Moab, which are by Jordan near Jericho.
  3. And Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and all the princes of the congregation, went forth to meet them without the camp.
  4. And Moses was wroth with the officers of the host, with the captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, which came from the battle.
  5. And Moses said unto them, Have ye saved all the women alive?
  1. They took all the plunder and spoils, including the people and animals,
  2. and brought the captives, spoils and plunder to Moses and Eleazar the priest and the Israelite assembly at their camp on the plains of Moab, by the Jordan across from Jericho.
  3. Moses, Eleazar the priest and all the leaders of the community went to meet them outside the camp.
  4. Moses was angry with the officers of the army--the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds--who returned from the battle.
  5. "Have you allowed all the women to live?" he asked them.
  1. 보라, 이들이 발람의 꾀를 좇아 이스라엘 子孫(자손)으로 브올의 事件(사건)에 여호와 앞에 犯罪(범죄)케 하여 여호와의 會衆(회중)에 染病(염병)이 일어나게 하였느니라
  2. 그러므로 아이들 中(중)에 男子(남자)는 다 죽이고 男子(남자)와 同寢(동침)하여 사내를 안 女子(녀자)는 다 죽이고
  3. 男子(남자)와 同寢(동침)하지 아니하여 사내를 알지 못하는 女子(녀자)들은 다 너희를 爲(위)하여 살려둘 것이니라
  4. 너희는 七日(칠일)동안 陣(진) 밖에 駐屯(주둔)하라 무릇 殺人者(살인자)나 죽임을 當(당)한 屍體(시체)를 만진 者(자)나 第(제) 三日(삼일)과 第(제) 七日(칠일)에 몸을 깨끗케 하고 너희의 捕虜(포로)도 깨끗케 할 것이며
  5. 무릇 衣服(의복)과 무릇 가죽으로 만든 것과 무릇 염소 털로 만든 것과 무릇 나무로 만든 것을 다 깨끗케 할지니라

  1. Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against the Lord in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the Lord.
  2. Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.
  3. But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.
  4. And do ye abide without the camp seven days: whosoever hath killed any person, and whosoever hath touched any slain, purify both yourselves and your captives on the third day, and on the seventh day.
  5. And purify all your raiment, and all that is made of skins, and all work of goats' hair and all things made of wood.
  1. "They were the ones who followed Balaam's advice and were the means of turning the Israelites away from the LORD in what happened at Peor, so that a plague struck the LORD'S people.
  2. Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man,
  3. but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man.
  4. "All of you who have killed anyone or touched anyone who was killed must stay outside the camp seven days. On the third and seventh days you must purify yourselves and your captives.
  5. Purify every garment as well as everything made of leather, goat hair or wood."
  1. 祭司長(제사장) 엘르아살이 싸움에 나갔던 軍人(군인)들에게 이르되 이는 여호와께서 모세에게 命(명)하신 法律(법률)이니라
  2. 金(금),銀(은),銅(동),鐵(철)과 상납과 납의
  3. 무릇 불에 견딜 만한 物件(물건)은 불을 지나게 하라 그리하면 깨끗하려니와 오히려 淨潔(정결)케 하는 물로 그것을 깨끗케 할 것이며 무릇 불에 견디지 못할 모든 것은 물을 지나게 할 것이니라
  4. 너희는 第(제) 七日(칠일)에 옷을 빨아서 깨끗케 한 後(후)에 陣(진)에 들어 올지니라
  5. 여호와께서 모세에게 일러 가라사대

  1. And Eleazar the priest said unto the men of war which went to the battle, This is the ordinance of the law which the Lord commanded Moses;
  2. Only the gold, and the silver, the brass, the iron, the tin, and the lead,
  3. Every thing that may abide the fire, ye shall make it go through the fire, and it shall be clean: nevertheless it shall be purified with the water of separation: and all that abideth not the fire ye shall make go through the water.
  4. And ye shall wash your clothes on the seventh day, and ye shall be clean, and afterward ye shall come into the camp.
  5. And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
  1. Then Eleazar the priest said to the soldiers who had gone into battle, "This is the requirement of the law that the LORD gave Moses:
  2. Gold, silver, bronze, iron, tin, lead
  3. and anything else that can withstand fire must be put through the fire, and then it will be clean. But it must also be purified with the water of cleansing. And whatever cannot withstand fire must be put through that water.
  4. On the seventh day wash your clothes and you will be clean. Then you may come into the camp."
  5. The LORD said to Moses,
  1. 너는 祭司長(제사장) 엘르아살과 會衆(회중)의 族長(족장)들을 더불어 이 奪取(탈취)한 사람과 짐승을 計數(계수)하고
  2. 그 얻은 物件(물건)을 半分(반분)하여 그 折半(절반)은 싸움에 나갔던 軍人(군인)들에게 주고 折半(절반)은 會衆(회중)에게 주고
  3. 싸움에 나갔던 軍人(군인)들로는 사람이나 소나 나귀나 羊(양)떼의 五百分之(오백분지) 一(일)을 여호와께 드리게 하되
  4. 곧 이를 그들의 折半(절반)에서 取(취)하여 여호와의 擧祭(거제)로 祭司長(제사장) 엘르아살에게 주고
  5. 또 이스라엘 子孫(자손)의 얻은 折半(절반)에서는 사람이나 소나 나귀나 羊(양)떼나 各種(각종) 짐승을 五十分之(오십분지) 一(일)을 取(취)하여 여호와의 聖幕(성막)을 맡은 레위人(인)에게 주라

  1. Take the sum of the prey that was taken, both of man and of beast, thou, and Eleazar the priest, and the chief fathers of the congregation:
  2. And divide the prey into two parts; between them that took the war upon them, who went out to battle, and between all the congregation:
  3. And levy a tribute unto the Lord of the men of war which went out to battle: one soul of five hundred, both of the persons, and of the beeves, and of the asses, and of the sheep:
  4. Take it of their half, and give it unto Eleazar the priest, for an heave offering of the Lord.
  5. And of the children of Israel's half, thou shalt take one portion of fifty, of the persons, of the beeves, of the asses, and of the flocks, of all manner of beasts, and give them unto the Levites, which keep the charge of the tabernacle of the Lord.
  1. "You and Eleazar the priest and the family heads of the community are to count all the people and animals that were captured.
  2. Divide the spoils between the soldiers who took part in the battle and the rest of the community.
  3. From the soldiers who fought in the battle, set apart as tribute for the LORD one out of every five hundred, whether persons, cattle, donkeys, sheep or goats.
  4. Take this tribute from their half share and give it to Eleazar the priest as the LORD'S part.
  5. From the Israelites' half, select one out of every fifty, whether persons, cattle, donkeys, sheep, goats or other animals. Give them to the Levites, who are responsible for the care of the LORD'S tabernacle."
  1. 모세와 祭司長(제사장) 엘르아살이 여호와께서 모세에게 命(명)하신 대로 하니라
  2. 그 奪取物(탈취물) 곧 軍人(군인)들의 다른 奪取物(탈취물) 外(외)에 羊(양)이 六十(육십) 七萬(칠만) 五千(오천)이요
  3. 소가 七萬(칠만) 二千(이천)이요
  4. 나귀가 六萬(육만) 一千(일천)이요
  5. 사람은 男子(남자)와 同寢(동침)하지 아니하여서 사내를 알지 못하는 女子(녀자)가 都合(도합) 三萬(삼만) 二千(이천)이니





  1. And Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the Lord commanded Moses.
  2. And the booty, being the rest of the prey which the men of war had caught, was six hundred thousand and seventy thousand and five thousand sheep,
  3. And threescore and twelve thousand beeves,
  4. And threescore and one thousand asses,
  5. And thirty and two thousand persons in all, of women that had not known man by lying with him.
  1. So Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the LORD commanded Moses.
  2. The plunder remaining from the spoils that the soldiers took was 675,000 sheep,
  3. 72,000 cattle,
  4. 61,000 donkeys
  5. and 32,000 women who had never slept with a man.
  1. 그 折半(절반) 곧 싸움에 나갔던 者(자)들의 所有(소유)가 羊(양)이 三十(삼십) 三萬(삼만) 七千(칠천) 五百(오백)이라
  2. 여호와께 稅(세)로 드린 羊(양)이 六百(육백) 七十五(칠십오)요
  3. 소가 三萬(삼만) 六千(육천)이라 그 中(중)에서 여호와께 稅(세)로 드린 것이 七十二頭(칠십이두)요

  1. And the half, which was the portion of them that went out to war, was in number three hundred thousand and seven and thirty thousand and five hundred sheep:
  2. And the Lord's tribute of the sheep was six hundred and threescore and fifteen.
  3. And the beeves were thirty and six thousand; of which the Lord's tribute was threescore and twelve.
  4. And the asses were thirty thousand and five hundred; of which the Lord's tribute was threescore and one.
  5. And the persons were sixteen thousand; of which the Lord's tribute was thirty and two persons.
  1. The half share of those who fought in the battle was: 337,500 sheep,
  2. of which the tribute for the LORD was 675;
  3. 36,000 cattle, of which the tribute for the LORD was 72;
  4. 30,500 donkeys, of which the tribute for the LORD was 61;
  5. 16,000 people, of which the tribute for the LORD was 32.
  1. 여호와께 擧祭(거제)의 稅(세)로 드린 것을 모세가 祭司長(제사장) 엘르아살에게 주었으니 여호와께서 모세에게 命(명)하심과 같았더라

  1. And Moses gave the tribute, which was the Lord's heave offering, unto Eleazar the priest, as the Lord commanded Moses.
  2. And of the children of Israel's half, which Moses divided from the men that warred,
  3. (Now the half that pertained unto the congregation was three hundred thousand and thirty thousand and seven thousand and five hundred sheep,
  4. And thirty and six thousand beeves,
  5. And thirty thousand asses and five hundred,
  1. Moses gave the tribute to Eleazar the priest as the LORD'S part, as the LORD commanded Moses.
  2. The half belonging to the Israelites, which Moses set apart from that of the fighting men--
  3. the community's half--was 337,500 sheep,
  4. 36,000 cattle,
  5. 30,500 donkeys
  1. 사람이 一萬(일만) 六千(육천)이라
  2. 이스라엘 子孫(자손)의 그 折半(절반)에서 모세가 사람이나 짐승의 五十分之(오십분지) 一(일)을 取(취)하여 여호와의 帳幕(장막)을 맡은 레위人(인)에게 주었으니 여호와께서 모세에게 命(명)하심과 같았더라

  1. And sixteen thousand persons;)
  2. Even of the children of Israel's half, Moses took one portion of fifty, both of man and of beast, and gave them unto the Levites, which kept the charge of the tabernacle of the Lord; as the Lord commanded Moses.
  3. And the officers which were over thousands of the host, the captains of thousands, and captains of hundreds, came near unto Moses:
  4. And they said unto Moses, Thy servants have taken the sum of the men of war which are under our charge, and there lacketh not one man of us.
  5. We have therefore brought an oblation for the Lord, what every man hath gotten, of jewels of gold, chains, and bracelets, rings, earrings, and tablets, to make an atonement for our souls before the Lord.
  1. and 16,000 people.
  2. From the Israelites' half, Moses selected one out of every fifty persons and animals, as the LORD commanded him, and gave them to the Levites, who were responsible for the care of the LORD'S tabernacle.
  3. Then the officers who were over the units of the army--the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds--went to Moses
  4. and said to him, "Your servants have counted the soldiers under our command, and not one is missing.
  5. So we have brought as an offering to the LORD the gold articles each of us acquired--armlets, bracelets, signet rings, earrings and necklaces--to make atonement for ourselves before the LORD."
  1. 모세와 祭司長(제사장) 엘르아살이 그들에게서 그 金(금)으로 만든 모든 佩物(패물)을 取(취)한즉
  2. 千夫長(천부장)과 百夫長(백부장)들이 여호와께 드린 擧祭(거제)의 金(금)의 都合(도합)이 一萬(일만) 六千(육천) 七百(칠백) 五十(오십) 세겔이니
  3. 軍人(군인)들이 各其(각기) 自己(자기)를 爲(위)하여 奪取(탈취)한 것이라
  4. 모세와 祭司長(제사장) 엘르아살이 千夫長(천부장)과 百夫長(백부장)들에게서 金(금)을 取(취)하여 會幕(회막)에 드려서 여호와 앞에 이스라엘 子孫(자손)의 記念(기념)을 삼았더라

  1. And Moses and Eleazar the priest took the gold of them, even all wrought jewels.
  2. And all the gold of the offering that they offered up to the Lord, of the captains of thousands, and of the captains of hundreds, was sixteen thousand seven hundred and fifty shekels.
  3. (For the men of war had taken spoil, every man for himself.)
  4. And Moses and Eleazar the priest took the gold of the captains of thousands and of hundreds, and brought it into the tabernacle of the congregation, for a memorial for the children of Israel before the Lord.
  1. Moses and Eleazar the priest accepted from them the gold--all the crafted articles.
  2. All the gold from the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds that Moses and Eleazar presented as a gift to the LORD weighed 16,750 shekels.
  3. Each soldier had taken plunder for himself.
  4. Moses and Eleazar the priest accepted the gold from the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds and brought it into the Tent of Meeting as a memorial for the Israelites before the LORD.
